1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from Life Force MedBeds, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all referenced policies.

If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Life Force MedBeds sells high-value wellness, therapeutic, and medical-adjacent equipment. Products may be:

  • Custom fulfilled
  • Built-to-order
  • Product images are representative and subject to model updates and improvements.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • Orders are binding upon payment
  • Orders may not be canceled once fulfillment or shipping begins
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All shipping, freight, and logistics costs are non-refundable
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • Redirected, refused, or returned shipments incur additional fees

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All sales are final once shipped
  • Returns require written authorization
  • Approved returns are subject to:
  • 20% restocking fee
  • Deduction of all shipping and logistics costs
  • Inspection upon receipt
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed after inspection.

6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

  • Initiating a chargeback:
  • Does not negate contractual obligations
  • Will be formally disputed
  • May result in permanent refusal of service
  • Customers may be held responsible for merchant losses incurred due to improper disputes.

7. CONDUCT & COMMUNICATION

  • Professional conduct is required.
  • We do not tolerate:
  • Harassment
  • Threats
  • False allegations
  • Repeated after-hours contact
  • Violation may result in termination of communication or service.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws and appropriate professional oversight.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Life Force MedBeds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Life Force MedBeds operates.
